다이어트 간식

하루에 lock&lock 통 20x12x6cm 짜리에다가 담는 야채와 과일. 이렇게 한통씩 싸가지고 출근을하면, 심심하때마다 딴 군것질을 안하게되서 너무 좋아요!

아침에 10분 일찍 얼어나서 야채 썰고, 과일을 깍어서 간식을 싸가면 하루종일 간식거리 걱정 안해도됩니다!
